He brings in over 14 years of experience in HR and Recruitment function with global organizations like Wipro Technologies, HCL Perot Systems & Aditya Birla Group. He is a specialist Recruitment professional. In his corporate career, prior to Vati, he managed very large and niche recruitment needs for his employers. Designed recruitment solutions and led multi-location teams to hire across India and the world over. In his current role as CEO, he designs and executes value-added HR solutions for leading corporate with his team of high-caliber professionals.

Sayan Jyoti Gupta, General Manager – Head of Business & Ops - An Engineering graduate from JEC, North Bengal Univ. He brings over 16 years of experience which includes Project Management, Sales, Marketing, Operations & Human Resources. Prior to Vati, Sayan was Business Head in Ikya human capital solutions handling the contract staffing business at a national level. He was heading the staffing business for South India of Adecco India, the worlds largest HR services company for more than three years prior to joining Ikya .

His experience spans across HR, Engineering, Manufacturing & Services industry. In his corporate career, he managed large multi-location teams to manage operations across India. Sayan handles Vati Operations across businesses.

Kisholoy Gupta, Our Principal Consultant brings over 25 years of HR practice behind him having worked with companies such as Tata Motors, Reliance Info-com, Onward Technologies and Collabera. He was the head of HR as Vice President for 8 years before joining Vati as a Principal Consultant.

Kisholoy is passionate about training and has conducted numerous training programs in India as well as in the US. One of his very sought after programs is on Personal Leadership and Team Building. In his current role, he oversees the entire “Vati Off-Campus” and Training initiative.

He is an alumnus of XISS and XLRI.
